Unquestioningly deserves a (high-)5.

Late composer "Angelic voice" Ritsuko Okazaki decidedly left much too early... R.I.P.

Yeah I was pretty bummed when I heard news of her passing in 2004. I knew her more for her anime work though (Fruits Basket, Love Hina, UFO Princess Valkyrie).
