Whoever named the tracks really loved his german literature (or had good resources).
Several tracks are the japanese names of various german works. Here are the ones I/google could find in case somebody wants to look for others, I'm sure I missed a bunch.

06 Die gestohlene Melodie
09 Der geteilte Himmel
10 Das Jahr der schonen Tauschungen
11 Respektloser Umgang
12 Volk ohne Raum
14 Wunschloses Ungluck
15 Der Wille zur Macht
18 Kindheitsmuster
19 Die Toten Bleiben Jung
21 Die Asthetik des Widerstands
22 Kein Ort. Nirgends
28 (some work about Engels?)
30 Die Eisheiligen
31 Das Kunstwerk im Zeitalter Seiner Technischen Reproduzierbarkeit
33 "Effy Briest"
34 Die Niemandsrose
35 "Tynset"
36 Das Siebte Kreuz
41 Die Befristeten
43 Die Schlafwandler
47 Das Kunstwerk der Zukunft
48 Die linkshandige Frau

The artist info comes from the manual, translated in gamefaqs.

I just checked the english translation on VGM and the german one now from you, both are a bid wrong. I've corrected some of them.

10 The year of the beautiful Illusion - "Schön" means Beautiful
11 Disrespectful Behavior - "Umgang" means Behavior
14 (The) unfortunate Accident - "Wunschlos" means "wishless" but I don't know which one if correct now, some american native speaker here? :3
22 No place. Nowhere (1:1 Translation)
28 Well, don't know. Please show me the original text.
33 The tracklist on the page says Unsinfil Sin, "Unsündinge Sünde"
35 The tracklist on the page says Journey on the Sleepless Night, "Reise bei schlafloser Nacht"
47 "The Artwork of the Future" should be the correct translation for both

Well, the tracklist has also some missing umlauts. We're using the special letters "ä, ü, ö and ß".

10 Das Jahr der schonen Tauschungen
10 Das Jahr der schönen Täuschungen

14 Wunschloses Ungluck
14 Wunschloses Unglück

21 Die Asthetik des Widerstands
21 Die Ästhetik des Widerstands

Some of the titles have a background story.

Die Eisheiligen

In germany, these are namesdays of the saints:

1. Mamertus – 11. May
2. Pankratius – 12. May
3. Servatius – 13. May
4. Bonifatius – 14. May
5. Sophie – 15. May

The handling of this tradition differs from state to state. In some states, they only have three saints. In other states, they have up to five. We also say, that it is the last period of time where frost is possible. After this, the weather is supposed to become better.

Der Wille zur Macht

Refers to one of Nietzsches works. (I love his works)

Just to clarify, what I did was: 1.- take the japanese names and try to find the german names of the novels they referred (the list I posted). 2.- find the official (or most common) name in english for said german novels. I guess a few weren't translated 1:1, though maybe I got some official english names wrong. The rest of the tracks I just translated the best I could.

35 is a bit special, the japanese name for the novel "Tynset" is "Journey on the Sleepless Night", I used that instead. Same for 33. 28 is just "the double life", which the closest thing I could find is some work talking about about Engels' double life. Or something.

I'm pretty certain, that track 13 was composed by some classic dude. Maybe someone can verify it and add him to the composer list.

Also, some more stories about the tracktitles:

12 Volk ohne Raum - A term used in the Weimar Republic as a book title by Hans Grimm, later by the Nazis to authorise their attack of the east. A weird track title, this would not be applicable to any German publication at all.

31 Das Kunstwerk im Zeitalter Seiner Technischen Reproduzierbarkeit - An essay by Walter Benjamin.

33 "Effi Briest" - A novel by Theodor Fontane.

36 Das Siebte Kreuz - A novel by Anna Seghers.

people who got this album in their collection can confirm if the obi or back cover (even if I think the title on sides is the same as the front cover) has Original Soundtrack
