Description
This the very first RPG Maker title released on Windows OS. This title saw great graphical improvements due to moving from 16 color to 256 color-palette, as well as supporting various multimedia video files! This software essentially opened up the road for many young developers, now having the capability to create games on par in quality with game consoles at the time!
