双龍 Two dragons (composed by Daisuke Anayama) most likely became the new opening theme in Ver3.00, but the opening movie uploaded to SEGA's YouTube and Nico Nico Douga channels have been removed, so Ver3.10 and Ver.3.20 are its only uses which can currently be proven.
関ヶ原 Battle of destiny (composed by Keitaro Hanada) is the theme of the new Sekigahara stage.
侵略者 Stormed (composed by Takenobu Mitsuyoshi) is used during standard invasions by online players, a concept first mentioned on the game's website starting with Ver3.00. Takenobu Mitsuyoshi was long before rumoured to have composed the entire Sengoku Taisen soundtrack, but confirmed on March 6 2012 that he hadn't worked on the game.
