Jeremy Taylor is correctly credited in the PlayStation in-game Staff Credits, but for reasons unknown is entirely omitted from the GameCube release despite his musical score featured in the game. He doesn't appear in neither the in-game Credits, nor the game manual's printed credits. In other releases, he is simply credited for 'sound'.
