I recognized "石川" immediately, then I searched "雅敏" on Japanese Wikipedia.

But 石川 has multiple readings. The thing - do you have a source for this specific person - a blog/website, company profile or anything like that with the reading (given in hiragana and/or romanized form)?

We will have to leave it in kanji until we have a more solid confirmation then.

I think his name is written in romaji in a MACROSS 7 FIRE BOMBER album
but info only come from the way some people wrote lyrics details (with kanji and romaji)

so I suspect it's the correct reading
plus 石川 is generally read as Ishikawa (see vgmdb, it has no other reading for that)
