Confirmed alias of Kinuyo Yamashita. Read her discussion page for full details.

Technically not an alias, rather credited in place of Kinuyo Yamashita.

(Just putting it here for clarification).

Does someone know when exactly "Minakuchi Engineering Staff" appears on game credits? I tried to search just for curiosity, but I only saw the cast roll of the enemies and characters.

There's no staff credits in the actual game. The composer credits are taken from the back of the booklet on Capcom Music Generation Rockman X1~6.

Since there's nothing in-game or in the manual, the only time MES (along with Toshihiko, Yoshino, and Makoto) appears in regards to X3 music is on the X1~6 box. I have forgotten where in the arrange version Shusaku's name appears, but I definitely remember seeing it once.

Thanks for clarifying. This information had to be corrected in MES' entry. I will also talk to Chris to correct this information in the SEMO's interview with Kinuyo Yamashita.

Uchiyama also appears on back cover. Now a question: considering that only Kinuyo Yamashita (MES) composed the soundtrack for the SNES game, Toshihiko Horiyama and Makoto Tomozawa are also the arrangers of the PlayStation and Saturn versions, like Syusaku Uchiyama and Yoshino Aoki, isn't it?

Correct. And since Shusaku was listed in the credits for the arranged version when it was originally released (wherever that was) whereas the other three were not, I'm willing to bet that he did all 12 pieces of music that are new compositions (the 8 boss demos, the opening stage demo, the Doppler and Sigma FMV scene, and the two overseas themes), as there is no other suggestible reason why he would be the only one mentioned.

We need to confirm the source of the information that Uchiyama is credited.

The only thing we have absolute certainty is that Yoshino Aoki didn't composed, just arranged (though on back cover she is credited as a composer ). For now, I've removed the statement "In the PlayStation and Saturn versions, the soundtrack was arranged by Yoshino Aoki and Syusaku Uchiyama", since is not clear the roles of Toshihiko Horiyama and Makoto Tomozawa in 32-bit versions. They could be the composers of those new tracks that you mentioned and/or the arrangers of Yamashita's tracks.

Strangely, GMCL website credits Uchiyama in SFC version.

I am in contact with Shusaku Uchiyama, so can ask him about that.

I also changed game to album in the Kinuyo Yamashita interview. Thanks.

Thanks for the fast correction. Chris. Wow, If he says what tracks exactly composed or/arranged and clarify the roles of Horiyama and Tomozawa would be awesome!
