Default SQMW-4001: FINAL FANTASY VIII Music Collection
Is this the right release date? FFVIII PC was released on October 3, 2000 in Japan (source).

Can't go wrong with Amano, even if it feels a bit odd in this case. He made some really nice art for VII too.
