After a bit of googling, it seems that both drama CDs were never released under those catalog numbers -- they were delayed multiple times, eventually being released on May 25 2007 as a 2-disc set by Five Records (VGCD-0078).

I guess we could change KDSD-00118 to the Rita CD, and change vol.1 to VGCD-0078.
