Conflicting information about this release.

Official website states that it is a CD:

It is interesting that during ending staff credit roll for episode 0 is music credited to ZUNTATA.

EDIT: Episode 1 credited to Toda & Jinnouchi

Actually that "episode 0" is this OVA released in 2021, not a part of TV series.
