The Japanese track list for this album is busted, the title for track 26 is appended onto the end of track 25, and everything after that is misaligned by one track number. There should be 49 tracks, not 48. The English list is fine. I tried to correct this, but in the preview the track list stayed at 48 tracks and it just removed the last one, so I'm not sure what to do there.

you can't, only trusted and above can add tracks to existing tracklist or simply delete the old one
normally, I coulda added 1 track and re-order the thing, but I didn't flood the history just for that
