There's also the same SonMay bootleg without codebar.
SonMay reprinted various early titles with SM- suffix in the mid '90 with additional codebar and e-mail address

Yeah. It even gives the catalog numbers on the back.

Looking at the scans of the legit album, I'm guessing its booklet also is blank inside, having the liner notes on a separate insert.

IIRC, this was the first anime album I ever bought, back in the mid-'90s. I didn't know they were bootlegs, and really wasn't even aware that there were bootlegs. I've tried to get legit copies of all the bootlegs I bought 20+ years ago (I couldn't get the actual album this is a bootleg of, but I do have the OST and Symphonic albums that comprise it), only missing about a quarter of them.
