I confirmed with Deutsche Grammophon that (1) 2-01 Merry-Go-Round of Life - from 'Howl’s Moving Castle' is cut from the last 3 minutes of 1-08 Howl’s Moving Castle (the levels are slightly different but it's the same performance) and (2) Phil Cobb is incorrectly credited for 2-01 (his solo is in the Cave of Mind section of 1-08 only).
