Got an undate on this. It seems the CD is the item that is holding up production on this and we should see it before Q3 ends.
The only thing I'm really hoping for is the tracks getting real names instead of "Level 03 18" etc. Also, I got to play Powerslave Exhumed (I always wanted to play this and never did back in the day on the SAT and PS1) and I liked it quite a bit. In several ways the game feels like a stripped down Metroid Prime IMO, but this is mainly due to the powerups in the game that involve jumping and such. Still, calling it a stripped down Metroid Prime is a bit mean given PowerSlave came out first. |

Wow, I was really wrong in that prediction of Q3 wasn't I? I was was too hopeful.
Anyway, the classic edition w/the soundtrack is shipping now. |

Arena 1, Arena 2, Cave, Egypt 1, Egypt 2, Magma, Marsh, Peak, Temple 1, Temple 2, etc. I don't need Wild Arms 3 and after track title puffery, but still. What is in a name? |

I love the Japanese name, which is even translated in English as-is on the Asian version for PlayStation: 1999 RESURRECTION OF PHARAOH
![]() I have tried several times to like this game, but every single time I get lost and have no idea where to go next. Very frustrating. I get stuck in Doom, Quake and so on, but in this one I never managed to find the right way. |

Shall we add Scott Branston as the composer?
