"SYNERGY TAPE3" was released in August 93. It may (?) have been bundled with "SYNERGY CD-ROM" which also came out around this time, though it is a standalone cassette album.

Date is assumed to be originally released at 1993 August C44. "C-46" on the insert appears to either be an error, or indication of a re-release.
