Default Is this a pirate/unlicensed release?

I bought this on iTunes a while back and I was going to submit it. It's called "Sonic Speed Simulator Original Soundtrack." Sonic Speed Simulator is a Roblox game made under license from SEGA, and it uses music from previously-released games. I found this album when I used Shazam on a track (which I don't think ever had a commercial release) from the Saturn version of Sonic 3D Blast that was used in Sonic Speed Simulator, and it gave me this album. I assumed it was official because:

1. The cover uses actual artwork and the logo from the game.
2. The music tracks are, in fact, the same arrangements used in this and earlier Sonic games.
3. It says ©SEGA at the bottom.

I was kind of excited because a number of the tracks used in the game had never received commercial releases before (the Saturn Sonic 3D Blast tracks and the "Sonic World" theme from Sonic Jam, for example). But now I see it's been delisted from the iTunes Store. The YouTube playlist of the album from the credited artist (Create Music Productions) is private, and the individual videos just say "unavailable" (no reason given). Their channel is empty. It's still on Spotify.

And when I look at the other music Create Music Productions has, it's all Sonic fan works (like Sonic.EXE, obviously not official). Could it be they stole this music and managed to sell it on iTunes totally unaltered? Again, it's not cover versions of the music, or new music that samples official music, it's the actual music ripped straight from SEGA games and sold verbatim.

For starters, the actual SEGA (as seen on Sonic Frontiers) doesn't put the year next to either copyright section as the link from Spotify does. Instead it's just:
© SEGA
℗ SEGA

If perhaps there was no announcement or anything, then it's likely to be an unofficial upload.
It would also be quite easy to make that sort of a custom cover.
