I don't know if it's been definitively stated anywhere yet, but going by the game's credits and a WayForward tweet, the additional discs will probably contain the "Retro Remix" album and the unlockable "Vania Mix" and "Konamix" tracks. Maybe an outside chance of having the Contra 4 soundtrack if there's enough room.

Seems like it was true.
Are theses mixes and remixes in the actual game ?
I posted a photo of the booklet with the tracklist in case anyone want to throw an eye at it.
I'll let the Konami pros handle the credits.

Yes, those alternate soundtracks are unlocked from the start if you have save data from previous Konami Anniversary Collections (Contra/Castlevania/Arcade) and obtainable through an in-game points shop if you don't.
