Not sure what Dracula X has to do with "Advance" or what "Dominus" is supposed to be, maybe the first and last letter spell DS?
Anyway: Anniversary > 4 CD soundtrack Advance > 3 CD soundtrack Dominus > 5 CD soundtrack Will be fun to see if all versions will have the same disc print or will be slightly different prints. And of course, will they all be rererererererereprints or not. We need more reprints of bad recordings! OK, at least they're on CD this time, maybe I should not be complaining. |

Not to side track the thread, but I can't remember. Are the GBA scores being re-recorded for that massive Materia collective set?

Dominus is a three-part magic glyph central to the plot of Order of Ecclesia, and is a reference to the three DS games in the collection.
I think Dracula X just got thrown onto Advance collection cause it wasn't on the Classic one and they couldn't pry Rondo away from Sony. |

I also just realised Anniversary and Advance are on PS4 but Dominus is on PS5 only...
My bad I thought it was Rondo of Blood that was in Advance. You say Sony has some publishing rights to it, so they put Dracula X instead? I just watched the english Advance trailer and it's cringe to the max with that old horror movie announcer thing and big text all over the screen. Just got my Asian Anniversary. the outer box sleeve and game itself seem to be the only thing that's different. Most likely the bonuses, including the soundtrack CDs, are the same worldwide. even the switch version seem to be doing the same thing, just switching the game inside the slipcase and putting a different sleeve around it. good way to make use of the same slipcase everywhere. |

Yes, Sony funded the Requiem collection (Rondo + SotN) and got some sort of exclusivity deal out of it. Both games happen to be based on the versions from DXC which was a PSP release, and who knows if Sony still holds partial rights to that as well.
It was after the success of Requiem that Konami/M2 started doing these other collections. |
