EDIT: Ignore this post and refer to the one below this, as Arc System Works posted a proper artist breakdown to their website.

Unfortunately no credits on the booklet or in the digital version's metadata, and I have no idea how likely a standalone OST release is.

Raito has mentioned he's responsible for 1/3 of the game's music here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4v5xKLZGxA
furani has mentioned doing music for the "sub-episodes" here (whatever that means): https://x.com/furanizm/status/1981159850395783447
The other three artists haven't mentioned anything about the game since its announcement.
  • Raito is who I believe to be responsible for most if not all of the guitar-centric tracks.
  • James Landino has a fairly recognizable electronic and bass-heavy production style, but I also think that some of the songs I labeled as his could be Raito's instead. Track 9 however is a bit of an oddity to me, since it starts off in his usual style but then incorporates instruments and synths that I usually associate with Funk Fiction... Could just be coincidence, could be a collab, dunno.
  • Funk Fiction has a very particular kind of sound so 13~16 are all very obviously his. I also think 27 could be his work, because while it's missing some of his common quirks, it's still pretty similar to some of the music found in GigaBash and has a retro sound not unlike some of his music in After the Sequel.
  • Kohta's and furani's are the ones I'm the least sure about. Kohta because of his range and synth choices (particularly brass), and furani because I'm just not familiar with her work at all.

These are my guesses on who did what (not considering what tracks are arranged from past DD entries). In green are the ones confirmed based on the samples available on the game's website, and in grey are the ones I'm the least confident about.
Spoiler:

01: Raito
02: Kohta Takahashi or furani
03: Raito
04: Kohta Takahashi
05: James Landino
06: Kohta Takahashi
07: Kohta Takahashi
08: James Landino
09: James Landino or Funk Fiction
10: Raito
11: Kohta Takahashi or furani
12: Raito
13: Funk Fiction
14: Funk Fiction
15: Funk Fiction
16: Funk Fiction
17: Kohta Takahashi
18: Kohta Takahashi
19: James Landino or Raito
20: Raito
21: Raito
22: Raito
23: Raito
24: furani
25: Raito
26: furani
27: Funk Fiction
28: Raito or furani

One thing to note is that furani's sample track available on the website is nowhere to be found in here, which leads me to believe this release isn't even complete. Hope to get a proper breakdown or a complete soundtrack at some point.

As per the last album edit by IkariDC, ArcSys has actually posted a full artist breakdown on their website: https://www.arcsystemworks.jp/portal/post-30717/
A couple weeks ago I had DM'd Kohta on Twitter asking if he was allowed to share what tracks he had been responsible for in the game because this release had no information, and he told me he had no idea that credits were left out and that he was going to reach out to the people in charge about it... So I guess this was some kind of mishap that happened along the way?
Either way it's very, very nice to see them actually giving out proper credits even if it was done afterwards.

Also, Joshua Taipale mentioned that he played guitars for two of Landino's tracks: https://x.com/atelierjoshua/status/1998875621842370850 (looks like he had actually posted about it back in November and is just reiterating it, but yeah)
