Nice, that makes filling catalogue holes easier.
I think the publisher could change the price after setting the cat# or in 2nd prints so maybe they won't always match. About tax basically albums should have the price listed in the obi/back, which is the price with tax applied. D28B-0013 listed 2647Y which I guess is the price without taxes. Though our current scans may be from another printing, looking at that album's thread?
