Not terribly, as far as I can tell. It's certainly much better than a number of Basiscape's other releases in terms of limiter use. But can you provide more concrete information about the iTunes version? Bitrate, a picture of the waveform, exact tracks/sections of tracks that are badly affected?

The Amazon Mp3 version is ~256 kbps VBR.

Basiscape just announced that, in short, the current version will be recalled as the encoding setting had a problem.

How will that work for people (like me) who already got it? I bought it on Amazon so I can probably just re-download once they fix it since Amazon lets you download your purchases as many times as you want. I don't think iTunes lets you download a purchase more than once though?
