Yes! First to add to collection! :P

If anyone is curious, this disc doesn't have any new tracks over the official OST. It's a small compilation of tracks from the OST.

We should be able to get the artists names in here - the game tells you which track is playing and who composed it.

True except the game we got here in the States is not the one featured on the OST included. Which confuses me to no end... The enclosed CD is all made up of tracks from the Otomedius Gorgeous OST. :/ Course, if that's the case, I could whip out the G OST and find all the composers. Assuming it's in English that is.

Really? That explains why there was no South Pole stage...

Is this the album?

If there's some stuff in Japanese, I can help translate the names. You can do quick verification by checking the kanji used in the names with those on the pages of the artists.

Why is the enclosure listed as "Otomedius" and not "Otomedius Excellent"? Even the Japanese voice actors call it "Otomedius Excellent" in the game itself. I'm confused.

What do you mean ? The display title ? (the disc itself is called Otomedius soundtrack, not Otomedius Excellent soundtrack)
Or are you talking about the product field ?

I was referring to the display title. However, I looked at my package just now and at the disc itself and it just says Otomedius Soundtrack. Sorry about that, I got confused.

If the soundtrack is from the previous Otomedius, I am also confused why Konami named the artbook Otomedius. As far as I can tell, the artworks is from Otomedius Excellent.

The artbook has art from both Gorgeous and Excellent. The pics are labeled and some of the "ending" pics are from Gorgeous. What I want to know is why they didn't include a soundtrack to Excellent. Kind of peeved, I already have all the music on this disc. >

And yes, CaptainCommando, that link is the official Otomedius OST. All the tracks on this bonus disc are ripped straight from there. Volume differences and all. :/
