Someone on staff will have to make the hyperlinks. What you can do to speed up the process is add the individual track credits in the notes.

"Music". Here we use it to refer to CD tracks, but I believe originally it is used by composers to refer to unnamed musical pieces they prepare for the soundtracks, so the music director can just put "use M-3 here" in the storyboard. Sometimes you can see these temporary names remaining, e.g. on Key the Metal Idol, or Kara no Kyokai OSTs. Gunbuster CDs have both full track names and numerical ones. "Br" seems to mean "bridge".

How do I enter the tracklist for the second medium (LPR-637)?
The second disc contains 12 tracks with dialogues between hayate and nagi

you can't if there is 1 CD selected
I edited to 2 CDs (I think regular users can add CDs), now you can add the tracklist for both CDs

I meant tagging, i.e., what track names should I use? (If you you have standard tracknames for untitled/dialogue tracks)
For now I'll enter
1 [dialogue]
2 [dialogue]
....
12 [dialogue]
