Here's Yuki Harada's website:

http://harada.jpn.org/

Under 2005, it says he composed for a PS2 game, and when you click the link, it leads to Sengoku Musou 2's website.

Anything else we can discern from it?

This is weird, there is no sign of him in the credits of Sengoku Musou 2: http://vgmdb.net/album/10445

Otherwise, the samples on his website are beautiful, but I doubt Arc Rise Fantasia will be treated with orchestrated music.

Will this game EVER get a complete OST release?

It might depend on the sales. World Destruction kind of bombed, and in the end it didn't get a soundtrack...

Nonetheless one record company offered him a release but Mitsuda declined it due to the lack of time. He seems to be dissatisfied with the quality, incidentally.

By the way, I don't think it's a very good way to ask us if a soundtrack is released or not.

Is it correct to assume Kopin Race is an arrangement of Where the Heck is Kopin from Luminous Arc 2?

Saw the game's staff roll, composer list is as follows: "Yasunori Mitsuda, Yuki Harada, Shunsuke Tsuchiya (Luminous medley arrange)"
Saw no mention of Shimomura. Does the actual game contain the reused music featured on this CD?

I almost wonder if I should give up hope of a full OST of ARF ever being released, especially since the game is destined to be only a niche title in Japan. Although who knows? An OST may still happen. There are lots of games that didn't do hot in Japan that still got OST releases.

Yeah, on behalf of JT, I had contacted Procyon Studios, and the word from Mitsuda is that no soundtrack release is planned, and they're not currently shooting for one. Who knows if that will change.

Sounds like Mitsuda seems to have grown really reluctant to make soundtrack releases nowadays. That's a curious change of pace considering in past interviews he indicated that he took pride in seeing his work as CD releases as well (wasn't there even a photo of his CD works hung on a wall?).

Could he be dissatisfied with his recent soundtracks, then? (Frankly, he should. All these DS and Wii soundtracks sound quite weak compared to his past glory)

I'm not sure if that will be consistent or not. Things do change.

As he's saying a soundtrack of Inazuma Eleven anime is very likely, I'd suspect he's simply dissatisfied with the efforts from collaborated members like Tsuchiya or Mitome, and I still believe he's willing to bring his solo effort to us. Honestly, of Chiba and Tsuchiya (they seemed to work together in the amateur scene before), I'm glad Basiscape hired a right one.

Well he should :/ I think Tsuchiya is really weak. Well, I quite like his stuff in the ARF promo album, but in Luminous Arc 2 his work was bland, average at best. I guess (or hope) he's improving.
