According to Shuzilow.HA's wikipedia page the MIC person credited for illustration on a few Twinbee albums (here and here and perhaps more) is Shuzilow.HA and MIC is a name he used during his time with an animation studio called アニメアール (ANIME R), before joining Konami. In the liner notes here MIC claims to have done coloring.
