Time to get a bit serious about this.

It's another thing when you submit something and don't fill out the fields because you don't know Japanese or simply don't want to bother with alternate ways to figure out the info. But when you submit something like this and give a link to official site which already has much of important info in English, romanized names included, and don't fill composers/arrangers/lyricists/notes etc. fields when you could have actually done that without problems... all this gives a not so nice example to other submitters.

Don't forget to fill the "message" field for rejections. It automatically gets sent to the submitter in a PM. Also, you can use the "Notify" button to send the contents of a forum post as a PM to one of the submitters (useful for direct questions). Speaking of which, I need to talk to the user about his submissions.

I was typing a lengthy explanation in a rejection reason field once (not for this album though), and I ran out of space (it couldn't receive the text further). I don't know if that was some web browser limitation on my part or something, but I guess whenever I feel it will take... a bit longer, I could just type "check the forum thread for more info".
