He also selected Doujin/Indie even though this was released by aosis-records (an imprint of Victor Entertainment as far as I can tell).

The album seems to be a solo album by Seikou Nagaoka. While it isn't anime/game related, he has composed a good number of soundtracks in the database. He's done soundtracks for 20 anime and only 8 drama/movies, so anime is what he primarily works on.
