So which soundtracks this box has? Any missing tracks?

Looks like the only new thing on this box is the PM SUPER BEST Special Medley.

Discs 1-17 cover pop'n music 1-16, arcade and console, including pop'n stage and ee'MALL. Yes, multiple tracks from every one of those soundtracks, both licenses and random KONAMI Originals, are missing here.

Disc 13 adds 7 tracks from other BEMANI games that hadn't been on a pop'n music soundtrack yet.

Discs 18-20 are mostly long versions from both soundtracks and other releases.
