As far as I can tell this is being sold as part of a limited set (movie ticket + CD) only on Aniplex's shop. It also has to be preordered I think.

The thing I'm not sure about is whether the CD is considered a bonus or not. If it's not then I guess this should just be enclosure. But if it is a bonus then it's either retailer bonus or pre-order bonus (maybe both).

I changed this and related album's titles.
Technically the package only has "PERSONA3 THE MOVIE -#1 Spring of Birth-", but added 主題歌CDセット since that's how it was listed in the official site and seemed quite confusing otherwise.

I don't think it's called by the single name but left it in the alts just in case.
