I removed the proposed catalog number. The info from Suruga-ya is false, as both release date, catalog number and publisher are related to something else. If this does have a catalog number it's not visible from the outside (see scans)

I figured the publisher, price, and release date were false at Suruga-ya's page, but the potential catalog number is visible on the disc scan. Do you mean that LSP-01 is likely to be related to something else? Could be true.

Oh alright, sorry. Strange coincidence, it seems that the catalog number LSP-01 is a shared element of these two products and while title and picture are correct they connected it with the wrong product's pricetag / publisher / release date

Ok, well I'm going to put LSP-01 back into description for the time being, if there's no evidence against it.
I thought that you had a reason to believe that LSP-01 has a completely different purpose other than being a catalog number. Like for example this album currently has a catalog number "ZELDA -RC01-" http://vgmdb.net/album/11148
And I think that "-RC01-" isn't suppose to be a part of a cat number. I personally own at least 2 other CDs that have the same -RC01- (can't really recall which ones from the top of my head) in the same fashion printed on them. It is noticeable that -RC01- is somewhat distant from the word "ZELDA" there: disc scan.
So my guess is that it has something to do with the type of optical disc it is, or a manufacturer for this type of compact discs, or something like that. Either way I believe it's a part of matrix code which is not meant to be a part of a catalog number for any particular product. So I thought LSP-01 is something like that as well.

By the way I did a search of "LSP-01" through Suruga-ya's database and there doesn't appear to be any other item with that catalog number. Notthing from currently available or sold out items. If at any point there was a listing for a product with such catalog number, it would still show up (if a filter is turned ON on their search engine). So GAOGAO's publisher/price/date was mixed up with some other entry on their site, but the "LSP-01" is unique to GAOGAO's page.
