This disc is the first portion of the "Tokitowa Original Soundtrack & Special Voice Drama" CD from the Japanese release. I'm new to this site, so is there a means of marking this as a child album, or is the lack of the voice tracks enough to invalidate that status?

Child albums must have the same tracks as parent. If there's just one more or one less track, it's not a child.

In light of the Disgaea D2 album releases, note that the Standard Edition of Time and Eternity includes this disc in a paper sleeve, and the Limited Edition includes it in a jewel case.
