Tracks 19 & 20 are the same.
There's currently no information for a fix.

An audio CD will be included with Collector's & Box Editions of the game for German release. http://www.egosoft.com/x/xnews/201308_2_44News.html

Those will becaome available upon game's launch on November 15, 2013.
