Nereid, what's your source for catalog number?
For reference sake, I've picked up MTCD-017 from here

OK, sorry for this, I've found a bigger version of the cover and the cat no. is correct.
Still, you should source your edits.

I have the CD and I found the number on the booklet and spine.

Sorry about not sourcing, I'm new here I just read the submission guidelines so I'll keep that in mind for the future.
