Some sites are alleging that Hideki Yamamoto is both Ayumu Madarao (斑尾 歩) and Kougen Shiga (紫賀 耕元), but I couldn't find anything especially convincing.

Yamamoto is credited solely for composing the Ren Nanase image song "MIDNIGHT MEMORY" on GWAVE 2005 1st Impact, and some places credit that to him and Kougen Shiga.
