Default SRIN-1113: GIGANDES SOUNDTRACK
Track 25 (Unused 3) sounds so familiar. It is definitely a jingle from some other game. I have definitely heard this before as a "stage completed" jingle or something like that. Just cannot remember which game it was... <:/

Try checking the ending of track 4 on the Double Dragon 3 / The Combatribes album.
It is similar to the stage end jingle of that game.
