DEEP SLEEP Sugisawa, I keep coming back to that. A few times I saw able to match a weird alias to a name on http://vgmdb.net/artist/161 this kind of list well enough for my own personal satisfaction, but this one thwarts even a forgivable guess. Probably not http://vgmdb.net/artist/11718 Eagle Sawao, a recording engineer, and, I would guess, also an alias.

This does remind me that I should go to bed. Or "mattress," at this point in my life.

Canadian Copyrights Database gives his full name as Keiji Sugisawa.

I don't think anyone's found any info on him or any other games he's credited in.

Ah beets I never think of the Canadian Copyright Database! Thank you for the information. Has this person been discussed before?

Nope. Do a search for his name and the game or other related terms and you'll find, uh, us and MobyGames's entry for Martial Champion.
