Default EMCA-0019: KONAMI FAMICOM CHRONICLE Vol.2: Disk System Compilation
Some more title alteration on this album like there was on EMCA-0015: Risa no Yousei Densetsu is listed as Idol no Yousei Densetsu, presumably playing it safe with the license involving idol Risa Tachibana.
