I suppose it's better late than never, here's a bit more info on certain tracks that probably aren't by Tyler, either partially or fully...

"Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag" is really the whole Main Theme on the OST.
"Defend the Ships" is the second part of "In this World or the One Below" as named on the OST (from around 1:17 to be more precise).
"Genetic Memories" is part of "On the Horizon" (from 2:07)
"Pyrates Beware", "Under the Black Flag" and "The Fortune of Edward Kenway" match the respective OST tracks.

Omar Fadel has "Meet the Sage" and "Life at Sea" (tracks 28 & 34 on the OST) on his SoundCloud.

and a bit of general, not so helpful info which is in sync with Ubisoft's game credits...
