So, who composed "The wind blew all day long"? Arai or Otani? Or maybe both?
If it's both or Arai, he must be added as composed in TCS-0027 as well. |

The composer credits come from a list of unknown origin, where it's credited to both Arai and Ohtani. Hence the notes.
It was originally composed by Ohtani for Thunder Force II, so my assumption is the credit means it was arranged for TF3 by Arai. The page doesn't clarify it, though. |

Still, if I put my cd on Itunes and access Gracenote database, I see that Arai is credited in TFIII for that track alone. So another explanation might be possible... Maybe Arai composed "The wind blew all day long" for the original Thunderforce 1?

Thunder Force I didn't have any original music. The original X1 version has no music at all, and at least one port uses the William Tell Overture as BGM.
