Akihito Tokunaga, previously credited as composer, was only in charge of some arrangements. In his wiki page, it's mentioned that B.M.F (whatever it is) was the composer of this album and Tokunaga just an arranger.

EDIT: Actually scratch that, Fantasy is just the web magazine. BMF the music production wing appears to have been called Being Music Factory. In any case, part of Being Inc. / The Being Group, which owns the publisher ZAIN and represented BAAD and WANDS.
