Default KITA-1001: GRADIUS III (reprint)
Funny, this tape version came with an outer cardboard sleeve, unlike the Akumajo Dracula Best tape. I have a sealed one so unless the cardboard sleeve was on top of the sealed tape...

And the poster seems to be a tape-exclusive item too. I wonder if the Akumajo tape had a poster too. I saw the tape twice but there was no poster to be seen.
