The first 4 link are not really reliable at all for romanization, they contain tons of errors. Especially nautiljon.

About the last one, where's the name romanized?

No romaji is there.
Another romaji write of 白矢 could be Shiroya, but no related info of him/works comes out with it. His name is used on another post as Tatsuki Shiraya(http://vgmdb.net/album/43429).
Strictly speaking, before asking one's name to the said person, no info of Japanese romaji name is fully trustworthy, for that from nautiljon/generasia/aniDB/MusicBrainz/Discogs/***pedia/wiki***/etc.., even Wikipedia.
We have to put puzzles together to find artists' info tracing his works, those who worked with him or etc..

Our policy is to keep the name in Kanji if there isn't an official source: official site, profile on company's site, personal blog, album credit in English, this sort of stuff.

All the sites you have mentioned should never be used for romanizations, except Japanese Wikipedia since they usually link the source of the romanization and you can actually check it yourself.

I wondered whenever I posted checking artist info, there were many pieces of info without official sources. From long ago, many members seem not to obey the policy.
Then, plz remove his info if it is against the policy.

Sometimes, I contact the artists themselves or the official company where they belong. I bet this is the surest method to get obvious info, but unfortunately I've never seen any persons trying like me.
