Based on @RBM95's work, I updated the notes regarding the Medleys with correct localisation names (whenever available) along with timestamps and (machine translated with Google Translate transcriptions) of what the MC says during the Ocarina Medley Suite (and games of the ocarina melodies).

I'll publish these updated notes under the album's Notes section as well.
Tracks with no known or confirmed official localised name are marked with ^?, with the reason in italics (e.g. no presence on Nintendo Music as of writing, or the lack of any official first party English localised music release).

And a minor translation/localisation note: the Nintendo Music localisation for "Skyward Sword" Staff Roll should be "Skyward Sword" Staff Credits.
