PCCB-00292: KOF'97 Characters Drama SPECIAL EDITION
Every other album in the collection has the characters names on it (Kyo, Iori, and so on), and the "SNK Characters Sounds Collection Vol." is only in the obi (if you count the logo, every one of them has it, including this one).
I don't get why this is the only one which doesn't have the prefix before what's printed on the front cover. But in order to not make my statement a rule, I've added it as a "other" name. Would be glad to hear another opinion.
