Default Was the FF Main Theme Christmas Remix every rereleased?

Arranged by Kenji Ito (probably), and released either near the end of 1999 or 2000 online....somewhere. As far as I know it was a 128kps Mp3.
Was this remix ever rereleased in better quality anywhere? I'm going to guess no but I can hold out hope...
