I don't find a back scan, but the song 3 is registered as "YOUR DREAM~ROBOTACK AS NO.1~" on JASRAC, not "YOUR DREAMER...".

Takanori Arisawa is the chorus arranger for the song 4, I've got this info from the CD "Shinichi Ishihara Song Best" (COCX-34289).

About the lyricist ケースケ, I don't know if it's Keisuke (quite likely) or else Kesuke or Keesuke, so I let him in kanji; same thing for the lyricist コーギ, it can be Yugi or Yuugi.
