@nstz: No reason to deactivate this (or the others). It has it's own unique catalog and cover image.

Alright, I reactivated the others as well. I thought that we didn't keep entries for digital releases of this sort if there's a CD single.

I agree for most cases but I think these are different enough from the CD to keep.

Unique album art, released 3-4 months before the CD version, and different catalog.
