Soundtrack is okay. The Main Theme gets the job done, but its not particularly memorable.

Oakvale, Lookout Point, Witchwood, and Hook Coast are the highlights, but they all include the same melodic theme from Shaw.

All in all, this is typical of western RPG soundtracks. Some good tracks, but all too few of them.

By the way Russell Shaw hardly composed anything new for Fable 2, but alas that is for that discussion thread.

I find this extremely funny - I use pretty much the same sentence when someone asks me about e.g. Final Fantasy or other console soundtracks :-)

heh, I actually meant to really write that Western RPGS tend to have a low number of overall tracks for the size of the games. And this one in particular, while not a huge game, still needed a larger selection of music. However, what I did write still applies to this game.

Fable has more tracks than what is featured on the soundtrack, which is also typical of Western VGM. "Summer Fields" is probably my favorite, I especially love the final part.

Copyright date and release date don't necessarily correspond.

Default Track times

Set the track times to match both iTunes and the back scans of the soundtrack.
