Hello! I uploaded the missing ones again. Not my scans, and I can't remember the original source, so I'm not sure about the booklet interiors if they're separate from the booklet front & back or an insert... I'll leave it up to someone else to decide

I just bought this and the liner notes is a separate insert, so I changed the scan descriptions. There also was a price change, as my copy looks to be the same as UltimateDespairGirl's. SaintSquall's obi scans show a 3300JPY listed price, while mine has a 3100JPY listed price.

In any case, the original price at the CD release was indeed 3300 Yen.
Most catalog numbers from the time allow you to guess the album price; here, we have a catalog number starting with H33P -> 3300 Yen.
For vinyl, the beginning of the catalog is 28MX -> 2800 Yen.
The cassette: 28CX -> 2800 Yen.
This "trick" was valid until March 1989, as long as there was no tax in Japan.
