I didn't categorize this as a bootleg because I'm not totally clear on the licensing of this release. The publisher is known for releasing bootleg albums, though they say the profits from the sale go to the original composer (source here https://www.instagram.com/p/B8KMixjlJ82/). I'm not sure who owns the rights to the Tetris CD-i soundtrack. I wouldn't be surprised if the composer retained the rights.

I was literally talking with Jim Andron (the composer of this soundtrack) about getting his soundtrack released through a well-known, legit publisher a few months ago. I put him in touch with the publisher and I stepped away. So I'm not sure if that deal is still in the works or not. I'd be surprised if Jim gave the okay for this unofficial vinyl release, but of course I can't say for sure.

He's said that regarding some of his bootleg releases too, which was quite clearly fake back then (unless we are to believe he was sending checks or paypal transfers to Junichi Masuda).

I feel the way he worded it makes it sound like it's not licensed, but "it's ok since I'm sending money to the composer anyway".
